Private Instructional Sessions . All Skill Levels
Send us an e-mail, call (281) 435-1325 or book your golf lesson online. One private instructional session can be an inspirational learning experience for the beginning golfer in learning to play the game of golf. One private instructional session can improve and inspire greater learning, training, and performance at any student skill level. Students should take one private session to see how well they like the manner of communication and the level of progress or success they experience. If they feel comfortable with the approach, they can use the session as part of any instructional programs suggested for improving their game. There are short term and long-term programs designed for learning and improving student skills and performance in golf. An assessment of the student’s performance and goals will determine the best approach for future program planning. Properly planned combinations of instructional programs and session time intervals will optimize the student's learning experience and success in training, and performance in the game of golf.
Private Instructional Programs • All Skill Levels
Below are defined instructional programs available in private learning, training, and performance sessions both at the training facility and on the golf course.
- Game of Golf: Private Introductory Learning Sessions - Introductory Learning Sessions will follow a structured plan for learning, beginning with the student learning how to learn specific to golf; a process the student will use in learning and training in skill acquisition throughout the game of golf. Learning sessions will cover basic concepts and techniques along with an on-course introduction to the rules of golf, golf etiquette, and the basic procedure of playing golf. The student's success in all future learning and training sessions will be dependent upon the correct fundamentals acquired in the introductory learning sessions. Continual reinforcement will be part of all learning sessions to ensure a permanent student learning experience. Skills acquired through learning and training will be transitioned to on-course learning.
- Golf Technique Sessions - Golf Technique sessions begin with an assessment of the student’s mental concepts, physical techniques and level of performance. Students will be provided the means of conceptualizing suggested golf technique understandings required in learning and training for skill acquisition. Short-term and long-term approaches will be discussed with students to determine a learning-training session plan with proper time intervals that will work with their schedules, goals, and level of commitment to learning.
- Game Improvement - Golf course sessions provide the opportunity for a comprehensive game evaluation identifying the student's strengths and weaknesses for future learning and training sessions. Following learning and training sessions, newly acquired skills require a transition of environments from training to on-course performance, learning when and how to use your skills to meet the demands of creative play. Game improvement sessions will help you achieve an overall enjoyment in your performance through out your game and ultimately reduce your scores.
-
Golf Performance Training -
Golf Performance Training Sessions are on-course only and provide a transition from skill acquisition training to performance training in all areas of the game. Pre-shot routines will provide the means of moving from skill training to on-course shot execution and performance. Performance training at this level moves beyond swing techniques and into mental disciplines that are directly responsible for successful performance. This is the true beginning of learning how to play the game.
-
Golf Coaching and Professional Development -
Golf coaching and professional development provides comprehensive coaching and instruction designed for prospective student athletes that have an established long-term commitment in achieving their peak performance in competition.
