Why a Learning Philosophy

This learning philosophy is a statement of my passion for student learning. This is important because this is the heart of what guides me in my teaching experiences in golf. My learning philosophy is based on research and study in how people learn to learn and specific to golf. Therefore my role as a teacher is to provide students with information consistent with how they learn and provide guidance in how to learn to learn in the game of golf. So, I offer a learning philosophy and act as a means of accelerating the students learning potential. I believe this to be very important in the teacher student relationship because teaching must mirror learning.
