Journals are not just for the professionals of the world they are a necessity for the golfers of all levels aspiring-striving to achieve their peak performance in the game of golf. Journals are a means of amplifying your feedback through recording your thoughts, experiences and perceptions.
Learning, advanced learning comes out of reflection and recording of information for the purpose of assessing your golf game accurately. Being able to see an assessment recorded in your journal will plainly reveal to you what needs to be addressed in order for you to achieve your personal goals.
Journals provide the opportunity for students to establish consistency in daily, weekly and monthly assessments of their skills in learning, training, practice and performance. When students monitor and measure their progress in learning, training, practice and performance through recording daily statistics, the teacher and student will be able to accurately identify areas of progress and areas requiring future training.
